PCPORT COMPANY
PCPort is a computer/repair business that serves customers primarily in the Inland Empire.
We get streamers, gamers, and Youtubers who want custom PCs that are not the ones you see prebuilt in stores.
Although our primary scope are gamers, we do sometimes get clients that are in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial.
As a small team of 4, we’ve sold hundreds of PCs and plan to expand outside of the Inland Empire.
With PCPort, we don’t just sell plain boxes. We sell solutions.
Often we hear from customers: “My PC I bought from the store can’t do the things I need it to do very well”
or even “I paid a lot of money for this so I don’t understand why it isn’t working the best”.
We tell customers, price doesn’t correlate to best for most cases in the PC market. Most people who have PCs,
work around a limited budget. That budget is distributed amongst the PC components and sometimes it’s allocated to one component
more than another. That is where PCPort comes into the equation. We hear the client’s wants and needs for the PC.
Things like: What application? What software? Is it for gaming? Engineering?
After we compile the data for their wants and needs, we give the clients a PC parts list that best fits their application and budget
and they can either reject or approve the build proposal.
My role in PCPort as the founder is very dynamic as we are a smaller-sized team with large demand.
I direct marketing, sales, and products for all custom PCs.
Also, I contact and meet manufacturers, distributors, exporters, and traders in the US and Taiwan - all our parts are sourced in these two countries primarily.
Below is my favorite part: the cool flashy lights. Enjoy!
